We love working with farmers, business owners, and other people who want to retain and pass on not only assets and money—but ways of life. We customize every component of legal work we do—you will not get a “standard form” from us.

Notably, we do not accept representation in every matter we are asked to undertake. We limit the scope of our work to those clients whose needs are most effectively addressed with the resources in our “wheel house.”

If you call with a matter or question with which we cannot help you, we will recommend someone credible and professional – someone to whom we would send our own family under the same circumstances.

Established clients, whom we consider to be “part of our family,” do not and will not get bills from us for brief telephone calls or questions. We want you to feel comfortable enough to contact our office without worrying about bills. We bill clients for our substantive work, not for quick questions or socializing.
